Freshly refurbished hotel in great location.

Excellent breakfast, huge choice, cooked or Continental. Lovely room, all rooms and infact entire hotel, fully refurbished May 2024. Comfy foam bed, firm but soft top layer. Huge choice at dinner every evening. Rooms cleaned immaculately every day, very friendly staff, from cleaners to reception to restaurant. Hotel slightly back from beach, directly overlooking it.

Struggling to find anything I didn't like.

Very nice hotel next to the sea - worth it!

All the stuff was super friendly. They all spoke English and German. The hotel is very new and modern. All was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The buffet is huge and delicious. The hotel is next to the sea and they also rent bikes.

Excellent, housekeeping staff were helpful friendly and extremely considerate to my elderly parents.

Friendly staff, clean, Food excellent, pool great the Sun garden was great. We loved it all.

Far to hot in the hallway area out side the lift, no air con. Very uncomfortable while waiting for the lift which could take a few mins at busy times.

Very Good

The reception staff was very welcoming and accommodating even for special needs (a special space for a conference call). I have highly appreciated it. The hotel is very clean.

The restaurant: there are limited choices for a vegetarian/vegan, resumed to side dishes and the same salad bar, which shows its limits during a 2 weeks stay. The hotel needs refurbishing. There are only two sockets in the room.

All in all a very nice and enjoyable stay. I will definately be back in the future.

Breakfast and dinner was excellent A wide variety to choose from and everything was very tasty and well prepared. The waitress Susanna and Carla at reception needs to be mentioned as they have excellent customer service skills as they go out of their way to make customers feel welcome.

Pool hours. I would have liked an evening swim and the use of the jaccuzi at night in the indoor pool area but unfortunately the pool was closed.

A wonderful, relaxing break

The hotel was spotlessly clean , comfortable , staff were friendly and the food was superb. Great location , a short walk to shops, restaurants etc , next to the beach and in a quiet area.

Entertainment may be not quite at the same standard as the rest of the hotel but certainly nothing to worry about

Good hotel for (German) families

Perfect location by a small beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great sea view. Very friendly employees at the reception and activity hosts. Good communication before arrival.

Breakfast wasn't great. Half of the food was missing tags, no allergen information on tags either. When asking the staff for more information, most of them seemed annoyed or bothered about it. Very little fruits and vegetables. The staff was too quickly to clean the tables, sometimes taking food you were not finished eating if distracted for a minute. Very few gluten - free and plant-based options. No nuts or seeds. The hotel is taken over by German guests , so most of the activities and information were first given in German, this was rather annoying. German guests were not very friendly with non-German guests either. Most of the guests were families with small kids who took over the place too. Most kids used the general pool instead of the kids pool and staff did not tell them off if they threw balls at guests in sunbathing chairs, splashed water on other guests or were very loud. This is definitely a family hotel. The local beach wasn't great either and rather narrow. The beaches closer to the center of the town were much better. While there was a fridge, there was no mini bar at the room, and no drinks or snacks available at the reception either, which is a bit silly when the whole town shuts down at midnight, leaving you without any options if you are hungry /thirsty. We stayed at the hotel during a heat-wave that reached 40 degrees outside, yet during the night (when it was still over 30 degrees), employees at the reception were not allowed to have the A/C in the lobby on. This was very inconsiderate. As a guest it wasn't nice to come in to such a warm reception either. The gym was outdated, machines are rusty and barely work. The night shows were OK, but rather than 2 acrobatic shows a week, it would have been nicer to have more local performances (there was Flamenco one night only).
